@thecarboholic: Ceres is a new slice shop in SoHo slinging out naturally leavened sourdough slices, and the last time I was this excited about a round pie is when L’Industrie first opened. I tried five different flavors (cheese, tomato, tomato + pepper, mushroom, ‘nduja) and they were all great, but my favorite was the mushroom with creme fraîche and onion. They’re open Weds-Sun with limited seating for dining in or takeout, and you should go check it out this spring!
