TW* Wow I am not used to being this vulnerable on the internet but here we go… - Yeah I may already look different physically but internally my body is praising, thanking and WORSHIPING every part of me for admitting myself. Within, I feel worthy of more than any appearance will ever be able to make you feel. We have come so far together on this recovery journey already in ONLY 10 days!! It is incredible to me how truly POWERFUL the human brain really is. Of course I know there is SO much more growing to be pursued and recovery to be achieved but for right now I simply want to take the time, to take in, how utterly surreal it feels to have a beautiful relationship with food again, the feeling of satisfaction and being “full” is something a month ago I thought I would never in a million years be able to feel! Just being able to have the energy to share laughter with my family in fresh air again without a heart rate monitor attached to my body is more than I could ever ask for 🥹 This video was really REALLLY hard for me to share and it is so new for me to be vulnerable on the internet. It took all my might to actually post it but then I remembered how safe you angels have made me feel! I swear I have said this so much but I really need you to hear me…THANK YOU for everything you each have said and done for me to be able to pursue this recovery journey in the most positive mental state I could possibly be in.
