Small fan, big water cup, shower shoes, oversized towel, I would recommend taking your Frida mom peri bottle- I didn’t last time and the hospital one wasn’t angeled so it didn’t work as well.

I would order afterease on Amazon!! Just had my 6th baby and the afterbirth contractions get worse after each baby. The heating pad should help too!!

Bring a heating pad and a premie outfit just in case she ends up smaller than expected! I just had my baby and I had a nurse not able to place the epidural and instead of passing me off to someone
