like physically unable to get more than 3 or more reps. if i can then it’s time to move up. maybe try to refigure your max and try that way? i think you have more in you!!

your form looks pretty good to me… you might want to restructure how you think of your sets and reps. i usually have my “warm up sets” and the i have 2-3 working sets that are my heaviest weights
