Or just buy normal panthenol for 3 dollars at the pharmacy, panthenol is used for dry skin and its literally used in medicine to trewt smaller skin problems and even burns, its meant to hydrate because it has vaseline in it and its used to keep the moisture in, also its meant for skin regeneration
