The kokni name is gouni, traditionally no food colouring is added and best to do in a pot so that the lid steams the instead so it doesn’t stay raw in the middle I make this all the time 😍 my fav

We fold it in half and repeat. And we add sultans and badaam and some khus khus. Also we don't add yellow Colour.
