Top 5 adjustments I made in my diet that made the whole difference in those 2 months cut: For those who don’t follow me, I want to clarify that I’ve been lifting for two years. This transformation reflects my cutting phase, and the first video shows my peak bulk. After two months of cutting, I achieved these results. I lost 7 kg in those 2 months. Lifting weights doesn't exempt you from facing the same challenges as anyone trying to lose weight. 1. I usually use bananas for my desserts (banana pancakes, brownies with bananas instead of sugar…) This reduced my cravings for sugar while still satisfying my sweet tooth. 4. Incorporated Variety and Fiber: I made sure to include a wide range of foods, especially fiber-rich options, which helped me feel full and satisfied throughout the day (whole grain, chia seeds, veggies etc). 5. Consistency was Key: Consistency with both my diet and workouts was the most important factor. If you don’t have a plan and your diet is just random, your results will be random as well!
