Chidi was caught operating an illicit facility at Mile 3 Market, Diobu, Port Harcourt, where he washed and refilled used bottles with substandard drinks for resale. The agency seized various items, including dirty bottles, ethanol, and packaging materials. Chidi confessed to running the operation for over a year, sourcing labels from Aba and purchasing used bottles.
