One of his victims, seen in this video is comrade Henry Mutyaba who remains in a very bad condition after his head was hit with sticks. Like other brutal officers, we know the regime will promote these brutes and appoint them to higher offices instead of sending them to the dock to answer for these crimes. But we remain hopeful that one day, justice will be served.
