@jaylenosgarageofficial: Sad to hear about the passing of my good friend Gene Winfield—one of the true legends of hot rod and custom car culture. Gene was a real artist, a true innovator, and just one of the nicest guys you’d ever meet. He built some of the most beautiful, iconic customs out there, and I was lucky enough to have him on Jay Leno’s Garage a few times to share his incredible stories and craftsmanship. He was working right up to the end, doing what he loved. We lost a great one. Rest in peace, Gene. #genewinfield
