If you don’t need the electrolytes just use normal flavoring packets. Too much sodium isn’t good for you.

flavored coconut water is a great natural electrolyte. I like pineapple. cheapest thing I do is a big container of juice, pour a glass with half water, 1/4 juice and 1/4 clear unflavored Pedialyte.

I love the LMNT grapefruit. but I do like 30 oz water for one packet. ultima and cure were good brands too, about the same price wise. sometimes I do sugar free Gatorade.

So this sounds weird but if you drink plain water add a pinch of salt and it makes the water way more tolerable - lil ice too
