Battery powered … just remember lithium catches fire by getting hot or wet or even crushed . I definitely would not let my dogs have that as a toy …

Have to make sure they don't go over rugs and hover before it's played with. Having kids with long hair the hair that falls out end up getting caught in these toys. Otherwise great toys
