I don think they’re fines. Most companies with “variable bonus” have a non compliance clause, that reduces the final bonus if you don’t hit all compliance objectives.

If I worked for you I would leave last drop off to customers..so I can wash van put old chairs in bin so depends what more important to you or start paying them over time to do these jobs

So they get given a bonus for doing the job well but when they don't do so well they lose a small part it . 🤔 great idea they never had it ti begin with so don't see the problem

This came across as a great company probably a years or so ago! His socials are doing him or his company no favours at all! His leadership and management, terrible! Would never shop in that store now!

seems it is clear. weekly bonuses a direct link between behaviour and monetary reward. if it works for you, great! I left the lights on in my wife's shop last weekend. just a telling off though!
