The yellow ones are actually sweet but the others are plain and not tasty. For the one you have, add it to a fruit salad.

I haven't had dragon fruit, but I assume that they are just better when grown locally and picked when they are ripe. Maybe you could make a nice salad with it? 🤷🏽

it might not have been a good one. they can be overripe in US supermarkets. they're good with other fruits, honey, sorbet. they're supposed to be light, very sweet, and a little tangy.
