Get some adhesive legs, remove the current ones and place the new legs further in so its taller and doesnt touch the baseboard

You might be able to unscrew the metal legs and slightly move them inward. Could be an easy fix and it won’t dramatically change the look of your cabinet!

If you REALLLLLLY want it, just cut the baseboards in the exact spot of the legs and drop it in place. Keep the cut pieces and then if you move it, glue the pieces back in, putty & paint

set it in where you want it then cut out notches in the moulding and drop it in. easy as that

Take the baseboards off, remove the legs, slide the cabinet into place, cut baseboards to fit. done.
