In Canada free prenatal care before birth ,free hospital stay /birth ,free 6 weeks postpartum care , up to 18 months paid maternity leave . Love this concept of support !!

I almost died during a c-section and was sent home after 1 night. One 5 minute follow-up to remove staples 5 days later and back to work 8 weeks later. 😭
