Yes. my kiddo helps with laundry, stiffening, moping and loading the dishwasher. Non verbal doesn't mean the slow you think it does.

My son is 5 and can make pancakes alone , cuts the grass , and reads . In the south you don’t wait to teach them things . Children are easier to teach things to than most adults tbh
