unfortunately FBI was not able to take jurisdiction, he was ultimately arrested by ASP, the 2 FBI agents (watching as corporal Price searches Stephens’s car) leave and do not take Stephens with them, I'm pretty sure whatever was Supposed to be in that car wasn't there, Stephens’ was charged,prosecuted and plead out in Crawford County Circuit Court, no federal prosecution or charges were filed, WHY, is the question eating at me, what was those agents so anxiously waiting to be pulled from that trunk?

So what? It's just a couple pain pills and some weed, man. Give him a chance to recover, to prove it and to agree to voluntary drug tests to help motivate other addicts (if he succeeds). That would be an awesome story.
