@imlauriee: Does Family in Ohio was denied entry to this USA skate rink in Ohio because they had a service dog. I was absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the company and for them to put out such a terrible apologies, speaks volumes to their character. Don’t you ever address a child when you’re speaking to an adult that’s just antagonizing the situation.
