MEAL PREP WITH ME 🍽️  This weeks Sunday Meal Prep consists of Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes & a Chicken Alfredo for lunch. Make sure rob press save for your next meal prep ☝🏼 BREAKFAST: •Chocolate Chip Protein Panckes •415 kcals (with toppings) - 34g PRO, 40g CHO, 14g FAT Serves 2: -60g of oats -2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I use ) -1 tsp of baking powder -2 eggs -1 banana, mashed -50ml of milk -20g of dark chocolate -60g of 0% non fat Greek yoghurt -Blueberries -2 tsp of peanut butter  Method: 1. Mix together the oats, protein powder and baking powder.  2. Add in the banana, eggs and a drop of milk. Mix in the chocolate. 3. Spray a pan with oil and fry the batter. 4. Serve with yoghurt, blueberries and peanut butter. LUNCH: •Chicken Alfredo •303 kcals - 37g PRO, 20g CHO, 11g FAT Serves 3: -300g of uncooked chicken breast -1-2 tbsp of paprika -1 tbsp of olive oil -150g of uncooked pasta -60g of garlic & herb cream cheese -1/2 an onion -3 cloves of garlic -1 reduced salt chicken stock cube -2 tbsp of grated Parmesan  -Fresh parsley, chopped -Salt/pepper Method: 1. Butterfly the chicken and beat down. Season with paprika and salt/pepper.  2. Add half the oil to a pan, place down the chicken and cook on either side for 5 mins. Remove once cooked and set aside. 3. Boil the pasta and cook for 8-10 mins until Al dente. Drain the pasta but keep the pasta water. 4. On the same pan, add the rest of the oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add a drop of water and simmer for a few mins. 5. Add in the garlic & herb cream cheese, chicken stock and half of the pasta water. Bring to a boil and simmer for another few minutes. 6. Add in the pasta with a little more pasta water and mix. 7. Top with the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan. 8.
