Also no holding handle bars when walking makes such a difference. Just go at a speed/incline where it’s doable and build from there. Literally changed the treadmill game for me 🙏🏽

If you're increasing PROTEIN and FIBER intake, make sure you're increasing your water as well or else you'll get constipated. Also, adding salt to your water will help replenish electrolytes.
