Been saying this 💯 it’s a lazy shortcut. Creators straight up lying right in people’s faces for a quick check or commission. Nothing will beat verifying your own cooking with a scale.

Coronometer is the most accurate app I believe as well. Way better than my fitness pal and you “estimate” your energy expenditure as well
