Please help me understand! Why are investors so critical about the team these days? If Wlon musk could figure out my innovation he could have, but he didn't. I am first time founder who didn't drop out from Stanford University did. If I create a solution that is valuable and you think I can't operate it, isn't on of the major use of the funds raised to build a far more competent team than I? If yes, what does it matter if I have created something that could change the lives of millions and make billions in revenue?

okay but so many founders are college students or recent grads. YC kills other VC firms on returns because they don't look for lots of experience. not too many unicorns are started by people with 10 years of experience as an employee
