They are ridiculously invasive. When I’ve gotten denied they were so invasive it felt like I was being grilled by a cop rather than a kind caring Disney CM 😭😵‍💫

My last one was very involved. Asked about my daughter’s school and what kinds of accommodations she gets. Maybe he was curious though as we are in Canada.

They’re not invasive, the park already meets the requirements for disability accommodations, das is just an extra tool that they offer for certain situations, you’re the one choosing to give more info

We have two kids we’re applying for. Do they have to be present the entire interview or just show them so they know they exist? Ours get very anxious sometimes in meetings like that

I was trying to find a way to put in a complaint or a suggestion to Disney that maybe go back to the old way of doing it. I do understand that people did take advantage of it but for the people

We have always qualified in the past. This past year I have been TERRIFIED to re apply for this years trip because of hearing everyone’s horror stories. It was a completely seamless and easy process!

I was terrified to apply for my child, but it went smoothly and she was approved. Questions weren’t invasive, just specific. I wrote things down so I wouldn’t stumble over my words.

That really do need this pass. It’s not fair that they have to go through this line of questioning, which is very disheartening on the parents and then to be refused. It’s just not fair the way it is

Same… terrible process designed to make you not want to apply again. You can’t share your actual disability as they don’t want to know. I thought it might have changed by now given the feedback
