So, delivery and white glove is almost always third party people the hire. This is not a reflection of interior define but the contracted company. They likely won’t ever use those people again. Shoot I’ve had delivery refuse to bring my appliances inside and leave 4k or appliances on the porch from Lowe’s… it’s the company not Lowe’s who chose to NOT honor the contract they signed with the company. However the ghosting and never responding to you is a reflection of them and now I’m thinking of not ordering like I was going to. I was between them and 7th avenue..
