@jayprehistoricpets: When it comes to food ain’t no one stopping this monitor!😳 I was not expecting her to launch herself like that, but she locked onto that piece of chicken and made sure she got it!🙌 In the wild, monitor lizards are natural scavengers, never knowing when their next meal will come so when food shows up, they’re always ready to go after it!🤯 Such an awesome reminder of how instinctive and resourceful these reptiles are!🦎🔥
