I loveeee a good salon full of MATURE women!! I've noticed it just doesn't work with my generation (gen z) but the older women know how to run a business and create a salon with good energy.

I think it’s a matter of doing research to make sure you align with the salon owners standards. Many people just go where the price is right without asking the right questions first!

I agree 100% I’m a salon owner and I do love being able to control my space but I think in salon culture we need the family /team work mindset I feel like suites limit you and your income .

Salon owners have to have rule. I love salon atmosphere. Everyone respected each other and we have rules we had to abide by.

I was doing lashes & left my salon suite and let the owner of salon talk me into the benefits of her salon. One of my biggest lessons, had to leave almost lost my whole clientele. 💕
