Drink lots of water!! Replace the hand to mouth motion with a cup that has a straw and most importantly remind yourself every time that you crave it that you’re doing this for a reason

i did this same thing and was good for a month. i experienced insomnia the first 3 nights. i also did have minor headaches but it wasn’t anything bad. i started to feel a lot better on day 5.

i was around my friends and caved and started again. i suggest telling your friends to not let you hit theirs or anything.. but trust me, after the first week or so it gets better and you feel better!

I stopped before for a year and at first I def had the mood swings and the headaches.. started again bc I got so stressed and EVERYONE around me had it so I thought a hit or two wouldn’t hurt… sike😭
