When I was 18 I woke up once thinking a man was in my room I froze for hours . I thought we were having a standoff. Fear makes you irrational.

What ppl also don’t get is that in college and having roommates they can have friend over, hookups etc. it’s totally understandable that they froze or didn’t realize the danger atm

I don’t know much about this case but if I were one of the survivors, as a 20 year old in Idaho of all places my mind would NOT immediately go to “my roommates were murdered.” I dont blame them at all

I’ve lived in a college house in Idaho with multiple roommates who party. There can be random people coming and goin on the weekends. No one wants to be the narc and call the cops bc someone e had a guy over. Especially if they were still drunk and their judgement wasn’t 100%.
