My dad was diagnosed in 2008. He fought for 16 and a half years. He passed 7 months ago. 😢 I got tested at 40 and thank God I did. They found 3 noncancerous polyps. I will get another colonoscopy this year. My dad's gastrointestinal specialist told me to go get one every 3 years. Especially because it runs in my family. In my dad's memory I will tell people the importance of a colonoscopy. 💙
