Ooh turn your bed to the opposite side of the room so you’re not facing the door! Closer to the cupboard and then you’ll have more space to move your drawers over so it’s not in the way of vanity

What about putting your bed head on the wall to your right as you walk in then next to your bed have your make up desk. Then put your drawers straight as you walk in on the back wall.

Just a PSA this cabinet is discontinued now so if you do sell it you won’t be able to buy it new again! All us mums are sad because it’s the best for a nursery! I love mine but it is huge haha
