I had this before.. try very high strength omega 3 oil supplement, last I tried was Scott’s brand. I think within a mth ok already., and never get it again

I'm sorry to say this. but as someone from a victim of plantar fascitis. the main root cause of this is actually overweight or obesity. the moment u lose weight. the pain will definitely disappear. yes these things will help. but it's temporary. u need an arch support sole for your shoes when u go to work or go out. if this helps good. but definitely won't go away forever.

this ankle guard is good but also, please consider a long term solution with physio or strengthening. and even massaging on ur own.

I dealt with this before. it might not worked for everyone. but the key is most of plantar fasciitis patients are over weight. I was too. the key is to lose weight. mine is totally gone now. but this product is great too for relieving the pain. but u need to make the pain totally gone too, not temporary.
