As someone who is on their own weight loss joirney, nutrition is an eye opener. I grew up on the food triangle. And just realized how much sugar is in every day food. She is trying. And I support her.

I commend her & everyone else, including myself, for trying to better ourselves❤️It’s hard, but it’s possible! I lost about 90 lbs on keto…not sustainable for me. Rock on, girl!!👍🏻👍🏻

It is so hard for me to get enough protein and fiber a day. I put a scoop of protein powder in my oatmeal in the morning. I’m thankful for shakes and powder!
