Request copies of EVERYTHING and do NOT leave until they do. my cardiologist told me "you don't have pots" and then FORMALLY diagnosed me and put it in my chart.

yeah, like I had an ER visit that I DO NOT REMEMBER, went to my chart 2 days later and it said I was alert and orientation. they did NOTHING (my husband had to tell me that) and I was absolutely NOT

I went into to the ER for a gRAPE kit..... went through the whole thing. got home they told me to follow up with my Primary physician, so I did. he told me i was crazy.. the Er put BPD 😒

I stopped breathing and was taken to the ER by ambulance. was discharged and told it was a panic attack... Next day MyChart EKG results tell me it was a heart attack.
