Doesnt boiling your milk or overheating the milk kill off nutrients?? Idk I heard that overheating the milk will cause it to be less nutritious?

Oh man. My little guy is 6 weeks and while I don’t have a ton frozen yet, I would hate for him to not want to drink it when the time comes. Should I thaw one and test it out?

You can use non alcohol vanilla extract just a drop or 2 per bottle and it will neutralize the high lipase. My sisters was and she was pumping for my son.

I do a flash freeze and it seriously helps. So after pumping or that night I will freeze it and there hasn't been a taste/smell change.

try using Legendairy milk bags they are made special so it helps stop the bad smell from high liapse I have them

I’m so glad mine didn’t care either way 😅💙 but i definitely hated the smell of my defrosted breastmilk cause of the high lipease

mine also has high lipase but we just do freah, frozen, n just an oz of formula soon to be whole milk bc hes a year now

Go mama! I had to serve fresh or freeze less than 12 hours. also look into Legendairy Barrier Bags... helped me so much!
