@jefamela: (TRIGGER WARNING ‼️) One night in 2017. I called one of my best friends because I was scared my mental illness was going to win. After we both cried together. I promised with the tiniest ounce left of faith. I’ll stay “Just one more day”. Just one more day turned in to years of joy and way more than I could have ever imagined. 2019 I started talking to Jay & wasn’t expecting it to be anything serious. That just one phone call became a life full of endless love together and counting. 2025 March 4th the our new TV series JAY & PAMELA show came out on @tlc . I haven’t posted a real “thank you” post yet because I wasn’t expecting to experience so much joy , grief and some anger all at once since the premiere. David St John wasn’t only the Executive Producer of our show but he became like a protective big brother of mine. I’m struggling he is in Heaven & I miss him deeply. Contrary to popular belief but I struggle to be vulnerable. David would see me as human first than his television talent. I wouldn’t have been vulnerable on the show if it wasn’t for his support. I wouldn’t have even went wedding dress shopping on television if it weren’t for David. Because fun fact, I have a lot of traumå with dressing rooms due to a v!olent experience. In the first episode, it’s wild two scenes in it were the ones I think I almost gave up on the show. But David was so patient and cried with me. We understood each other since day one. However, I’m honored to have met him at the perfect time in my life I needed the most. Like preparing to get married. There are so many incredible people who have helped with the show.
