PLEASE for the love of GOD if you’re going to paint your doors spend a little extra and buy enamel and not WALL PAINT THAT WILL CHIP RIGHT OFF

Disagree. This only looks good in new homes. It looks very dated in older homes white trim and doors elevate older construction.

Just have to add my experience with painting my woodwork black. I thought i would like it but every mark showed. it made my house look cheaper. Currently in the middle of repainting all woodwork now😭

We did this during Covid. It makes our lame builder grade doors look way better, but you can’t have kids or pets (we have 2 of each) unless you want to constantly be washing and touching up your doors

I just painted my doors black and like you DID NOT paint the molding. YES, it looks so much more expensive and grounded. Plus, no finger prints or smudges.🥰
