Sponges don’t scratch the paint. It’s the grit on the paint that causes the damage. Correct wash process and you’ll be fine.

Always wash from the TOP to the BOTTOM of the car plzzzz. I’ve got one of these they’re brilliant. Alloys I obviously spray and clean by hand.

I use these on bigger cars and there no different if used correctly,get it rubbed against the grit guard just like you would do with a mitt 👍🏾

They’re fine to use, chenille is good and safe, but you’ll want to rinse it between panels mate, otherwise the dirt will collect in the pad and you’ll be rubbing a whole cars worth of dirt around

only problem on a pole, it's more likely to drop onto the floor, making the microfiber dirty. It's so much easier just using a hand microfiber mitt as you csn leave it in the bucket.

Plus he is going up down all over the place you can’t turn the mitt the opposite way especially when cleaning the bottom I use 2 mitts to do top half of car and another mitt for the bottom half

With a proper wash method, pre-washing first etc, these become awesome for the contact wash - Zero scratches and so easy!! If you know how to wash a car properly, you will love this thing.
