it's a man made beach with imported sand... developers have been ignoring everyone warning them this would happen for decades. they destroyed the real beach in order to build that close to the water a category 3 cyclone would demolish the coast... we don't have the infrastructure here... unfortunately the beach will not replenish itself, it will be a multi-million dollar restoration project. Allow the flooding we are experiencing of late is also due to poor infrastructure, building highways without a water drainage plan 💔 I hope y'all are ok
