@washed_up_hooper: Here’s some things im doing to help restore range of motion & reduce inflammation in my knee since my meniscus repair surgery on Feb 28. It’s been almost a week and Im still pretty swollen above my knee so im trying to manually break down any fluid build up while encouraging bloodflow. Walking helps, so im focusing on planting with my feet and really trying to build a mind/muscle connection so I can reprogram myself to feel the correct stepping pattern. At the same time, I’m cognizant of not adding to much body weight on my surgical side.
