they usually advise you to stay at home as long as you possibly can and then go to the hospital, they can’t necessarily help you with anything until your pushing especially with all natural birth.

Girl, never underestimate the relief an epidural can give you. My daughter wanted to kiss her anesthesiologist, the pain was too much for her. No shame in needing meds

A birth without epidural is hard BUT the postpartum period is soooo much easier. I was up walking around within a half hour of delivery and felt back to normal almost immediately. Don’t let comments—-
