It’s more than just body goals….read below ⬇️  Share & read this message if you agree 💖 Don’t get me wrong working hard towards a body you want is amazing and beautiful but…I also want to remind you guys that fitness is so much more than just your body. Being a endurance athlete I come from a background for moving my body for performance. When I my journey in the gym, is when I got really into how my body looked and didn’t truly appreciate my body for what it can do. We all learn and grow in this journey right? The older I’ve gotten, I am less focused on how small my waist or big my glutes are because it’s so much more than that. It’s important that we have the balance of wanting to feel confident in our body while also, recognizing all other benefits that come with being healthy and fitness. - we all have the strength to move our bodies in so many new ways. Everyday I feel grateful to have the privilege everyday to challenge and move it in ways that make me feel good  - we all start somewhere right? If you look back at your journey to now or even if you are just starting now, there’s so much mental strength that is rediscovered and learned through your journey. Breaking past barriers of fear and truly learning how strong you are. The skills you learn by just showing up, being consistent, and discipline are skills applied towards your day to day. - our health most importantly. All around health to live a longer & happier life! 🙏🏻 Let’s continue to influence to be more than just a fit body, including myself ✨
