I’m Asian and my grandma told us that if we leave even a grain of rice in our bowls, we would go blind. I eventually learned to stop eating when I was full 😂

Whatever is left on the plate & in the pot.. I try to repurpose- usually turns into lunch for work or something I can cut into small pieces & throw on top of rice later.
