Check out my recipe below! 👇 Sugar-Free Chocolate Tahini Banana Muffins - 3 mashed ripe bananas (about 1 cup) - 2 large eggs - 1/2 cup tahini - 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 cup packed fine almond flour - 1/2 cup high quality unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line muffin tin with liners.  2. Mash ripe bananas in a bowl. Add all wet ingredients and mix well. Then add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips at the end and stir to combine.  3. Divide batter evenly (about 10 muffins) and add to muffin tins. Bake for 22-24 mins until toothpick inserted in middle comes out mostly clean.
