Girl you might also get checked for ovarian cysts. I ended up with a 9lb one and thought I was just overweight and couldn’t lose it haha.

people will say you’ll know but my mom didn’t know. hers burst, she was septic and had to have an emergency surgery if you’re prone to awful periods and cramping you might not be able to tell early on

as someone who's appendix ruptured, you will know. i couldn't stand up straight, it was excruciating. i promise its not gonna be a little cramp

No because I had the biggest stomach ache and didn’t feel right. Doctors brushed it off as constipation, I went to a/e and it was appendicitis 💀
