![21 days out, and every move is intentional. Today, I felt tired, so I adjusted. Got my fasted cardio in, trained my clients, then instead of pushing through exhaustion, I took a nap—because rest is part of the grind too. When I got back to the gym, I was ready to work. Hit a solid back day, and let me just say… these new changes I’m seeing?? They weren’t here months ago, or even weeks ago. The work is working! Finished my session, met with my posing coach via FaceTime to refine my routine, wrapped up my cardio, hit the sauna, and that was a day. Also got a new meal plan from @[insert Instagram name], and he let me know it’s going to be 2.5 more weeks of suffering—but at this point? There’s no turning back.
