Ehhh life isn’t perfect like that… Sometimes (or usually, imo) lessons need to be learned in the process of meeting your soulmate because they are meant to help you grow, and that is often how you can know they’re the one. If I had expected an experience like the one you’re describing, I wouldn’t be celebrating 9 years with the loml 🤷♀️
