For Gravy: - In pot, add oil and onion paste and cook for 2 minutes. - Add ginger garlic paste and sauté. - Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. - Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, coriander powder, cumin powder, seekh kabab masala, water and mix well. - Add yogurt, almonds & poppy seeds paste, cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes until oil separates. - Now add water, fried nargisi kofta, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. - Add whole spice powder, fresh coriander, green chillies and let it cook for a minute. - Nargisi Koftay is ready to serve!
