She was not forced to ground .. they said they could not hold her up so the male cop you hear him say on the ground then down a minute .. he picked her up .. the female officer did not sound helpful o

need better treaining to assess mental health. This is sad, that he prefers to use force on someone this aged. I don’t see weapons, don’t see disrespect, breathing like he’s enjoying this.
