Crispy on the outside, warm caramelized pear + molten dark chocolate on the inside 🍐🍫🔥 These Chocolate Pear Crispy Rolls are ridiculously easy and insanely satisfying. Ingredients: • 2 firm ripe pears • 4 oz dark chocolate • 2 tbsp brown sugar • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp cornstarch • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp lemon juice • 6–8 spring roll wrappers • Neutral oil for frying • Melted dark chocolate for drizzle • Flaky sea salt How to make: Dice the pears into small cubes. Toss with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Melt the butter in a skillet, add the pears, and cook until soft, glossy, and lightly caramelized. Place a spoonful of the pear mixture onto each spring roll wrapper, add a few chunks of dark chocolate, fold tightly, and seal. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and extra crispy. Finish with melted dark chocolate and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
